What's more, it looks as though Miley's never enjoyed herself
more with constant tweets proclaiming how awesome she thinks
her life is. Her latest tweet shows Cyrus with her male friend
Cheyne Thomas who is standing between her legs. Miley is pulling
her trademark tongue pose and she's holding her middle finger up
to the camera, as if to flip off not only Courtney Love but the
rest of her haters too.
Miley's latest album Bangerz is out now and currently at No.2 on
the Billboard 200 chart whilst Courtney Love is gearing up to
release her new album, Died Blonde, in December this year.

Is he a Husband material
Recently, I met some young people
who were keen to understand how
they can know for sure when a guy
is serious about them and whether
he is husband material. Interestingly,
this is a question that pops up more
often.
You may be in a relationship and
wondering whether he is serious or
simply taking you for a ride. The
truth is that many guys I have met
are very clear about what they are
looking for in a relationship; it could be
just for "bed and breakfast", period!
Or, for a relationship intended for
marriage.
The question is, which one are you
in? Many young girls prefer to
remain blind and in denial about the
reality of a relationship headed
nowhere; sometimes simply to
massage their egos; that someone is
attracted to them, even when they
are certain that the relationship is
headed nowhere!
It is most important that your
friends and family approve of the
relationship. While this may seem
inconsequential, marriage is not a
relationship that is only for a couple,
but in our cultural set up, it is
community based, so it's important
that significant others are involved.
Many individuals with challenged
relationships admit that their parents
and friends did not approve of the
relationship from the word 'go', but
they chose to proceed with it and
disregard their advice. If most people
who know you well raise concerns,
surely apply some wisdom and re-
examine the relationship. It is
unreasonable to think that everyone
is wrong, judgmental, jealous and
unreasonable except yourself.
Remember the saying, "Love is Blind".
He is not overly jealous
A guy that you are dating and is
husband material should be secure in
the knowledge that others will also
find you attractive, and that you too
did not suddenly become blind to the
attractiveness of others, just
because you're in a relationship. He
ought to trust you and feel secure in
the relationship. Yes you enjoy his
company but you do not need to be
with him all the time, this does not
mean that you are up to any
mischief, nor should it affect the
relationship drastically.
Is he keen to listen to you?
Attentive listening is important in any
relationship and one should be clear to
acknowledge whether or not he
listens attentively to you. This is one
way he shows genuine concern for
you, by taking a keen interest in
what you do at work, home, for
leisure and with other significant
relationships. If he is attentive, he will
become sensitive to you and your
environment. He will care about your
desires and needs and this will show
his level of commitment and
sensitivity.
What are his values and beliefs?
Compatible values and beliefs are
crucial if the relationship is to
succeed; this is crucial and cannot be
ignored. What is his character, is he
dependable, loyal, trustworthy,
considerate, and compassionate.
Character is who he is when no one
is looking; it helps to see how he
relates with others. Men of high
character bring out the best in you.
Will he attend family events with
you?
Family is important and if he accepts
to join you for a family function then
it is a sign of some commitment to
the relationship. If he invites you to
his family gathering the question I
would pose is, does he introduce you
to any of the family members as his
girlfriend?
If not, he is not yet sure and there
is no point in pushing it, it may mean
that he needs more time. I have met
many young girls who think that
simply because they attended a
family function, it's nailed. Oh not at
all beloved; It is a great way to have
you fooled.
Does he involve you in his future
plans?
When he talks about the future, do
you feature anywhere, does he talk
with you about his plans, dreams and
aspirations; does he discuss having a
family someday?
When you are sensitive to the small
things it will become clear whether or
not the man you are dating is
husband material or not. Share your
views, more details on this next
week.

ASUU STRIKE: ASUU Demands N1.5tr To End Strike
The Senate on Wednesday said that the striking Academic Staff
Union of Universities (ASUU) wants N1.5 trillion to end its ongoing
strike.
The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Education, Senator
Uche Chukwumerije, released the figure in his contribution on a
motion urging the striking lecturers to call off their strike.
The motion sponsored by the Senate Leader, Senator Victor
Ndoma-Egba, and 106 others is entitled: "Appeal to Academic
Staff Union of Universities to call off the strike action and return
to work."
Chukwumerije, who read the controversial 2009 agreement
between the Federal Government and ASUU, said that part of
the component of the agreement on funding stipulated that "all
regular federal universities shall require the sum of N1.5 trillion
for the period 2009 to 2011.
He said that ASUU is insisting that the agreement must be
implemented to the latter.
He said the agreement also said that "This money is to be paid in
three installments, 2009 – almost N500 billion; 2010 – almost
N500 billion and 2011 – almost N506 billion.
Apart from the N1.5 trillion the agreement also stipulated that
"each state university shall require N3.6 million" while "a minimum
of 26 per cent of the annual budget should be allocated to
education."
According to him, the agreement also said that "education should
be put on First Line Charge" while the Education Tax Act should
be amended to its original concept as High Education Fund."
He noted that the agreement said that "Governing Council of
Universities should access and effectively utilize from Education
Tax Fund funds for research, training and development of
academic staff."
Other components of the agreement included Salary Structure of
Academic Staff of Nigerian universities and earned academic
staff allowances.
The earned academic staff allowances include: "Post graduate
supervision allowances; teaching practice and industrial
allowances; honorarium for external moderation of undergraduate
and postgraduate examination system, postgraduate study
grants; external assessment of readers or professors, call duty
and clinical duty and hazard allowance and excess workload
allowance."

CR7:King of goals
MADRID (AP) - Cristiano Ronaldo maintained his impressive form in
the Champions League by scoring two goals to give Real Madrid a
2-1 win against 10-man Juventus on Wednesday.
The Portugal forward angled a shot behind goalkeeper Gianluigi
Buffon to score in the fourth minute from a sublime pass by
Angel Di Maria.
Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal then pulled down Sergio Ramos in
the area and Ronaldo confidently converted the penalty in the
29th for his seventh Champions League goal this season.
Fernando Llorente had equalized for Juventus seven minutes
earlier by squeezing the ball between goalkeeper Iker Casillas and
the post in the 22nd. Llorente, a former Atheltic Bilbao player,
has now scored six goals against Madrid, including three at the
Santiago Bernabeu.
''We had good control of the game, and with one man extra we
didn't need any more intensity,'' Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti said.
Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini was sent off in the 48th on a
straight red card for hitting Ronaldo in the face with his hand as
he vied for the ball shoulder-to-shoulder, but the Portugal
forward missed the resulting free kick.
''It was a very serious and rigorous decision,'' Juventus coach
Antonio Conte said. ''I'm told it was likely taken because Chiellini
was the last man in front of goal, I don't know about that.''
The win gives Madrid nine points from three games and a
commanding lead in Group B, where Galatasaray is second on four
points and Juventus is stuck on two.
Ancelotti began the match with Karim Benzema as the sole
striker and with Di Maria on the right instead of the benched star
signing Gareth Bale. Luka Modric was in the middle and Ronaldo
covered the left flank.
Conte started with Llorente up front, flanked by Carlos Tevez
and Claudio Marchisio.
Casillas had to save a stinging shot by Marchisio in the third
minute, before Di Maria's masterful pass to Ronaldo sliced
through Juventus' flat-footed offside trap to set up the opener
- highlighting Ancelotti's difficult choice between playing the
Argentina winger or Bale.
''I don't think the team helped him to gain access to the ball this
evening,'' Ancelotti said about Bale, who has been struggling with
an injury since joining from Tottenham and came on as a second-
half substitute. ''But I think he is now finally ready to begin a
game.''
Casillas, who has been benched in the league but is Ancelotti's
first choice goalkeeper in the European competition, came out
quickly to punch out a shot on target by Llorente in the 13th.
Illarramendi then conceded a free kick which Juventus tried to
score from by playing a rehearsed set piece which Madrid cleared
after Tevez missed his shot.
Tevez dribbled past Di Maria on the left flank, rushed into the
penalty area and shot just wide of the far top corner in the
15th.
After a period of sustained pressure by Juventus, Andrea Pirlo
raced forward and just missed the target in the 33rd with
Casillas having to save Tevez's shot a minute later.
Conte reinforced his team's defense by substituting Llorente
with Leonardo Bonucci and later by bringing on Kwadwo Asamoah
for Pirlo.
Mindful that Madrid is to play archrival Barcelona in the Spanish
league on Saturday, Ancelotti substituted Benzema in the 67th to
bring on Bale.
Buffon saved a shot from Sami Khedira in the 72nd.
